Your Contract

The team at Rockfish Camp and Retreat Center are so happy to host your retreat. We have a dedicated staff ready to serve you and ensure that your retreat is successful.

To begin, all you need to do is have an idea. Are you looking to host a birthday party for 30 kids, or a restorative retreat for 5 adults? Will it be a single day stay or an overnight 
Want to scope the place out first? We understand! Email or call us to schedule a tour and a team member will be happy to show you all what Rockfish has to offer.

Already know your dates? Great! You are ready to begin the next step in the booking process.
Once you have picked a package, reach out to us by phone at 910-425-3529 or email at to begin the booking process. Or simply fill out the retreat form at the bottom of the packages page and someone will reach out to you shortly.

Your Contract

Your Contract
Your contract is the most important piece to your retreat. Please read the information below to understand certain dates and policies associated with your contract.
Signed Contract/Deposit Payment
Your deposit payment and signed contract is due back 10 calendar days from the date the contract is sent via email.
A Deposit  is required to book a reservation. This deposit is non-refundable. If a deposit cannot be paid, the full amount is due in place of the deposit. 
To ensure the seamless execution of your scheduled event, kindly note that failure to promptly return the signed contract along with the required deposit or full payment within the given timeframe will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation.
Raise/Lower Guest Numbers
While planning your guest count, it is important to note that the final day to raise and lower your numbers will be 2 weeks prior to your event. Numbers may not be changed after this time has past.
Final Payment
Final payment is due 7 days before the start of your event. Please ensure any checks mailed out are mailed out at least a week prior to the due date. Please reach out to the main office to inform us that a check has been mailed.
Credit/Debit card payments may be made over the phone.

Beginning the week of your retreat, your retreat host will reach out to confirm details as well as to inform you where to check in at and to answer any last minute questions that you may have.
