Want to spend your summer changing lives? Join the Camp Rockfish Summer Staff for 2025 and experience first hand the wonders of camp. Work alongside a dedicated team of summer staff, year round employees, and directors to make an impact in the lives of children this summer.
Applications are open now for a variety of awesome positions for returning staff! Apply to work as a counselor, nature instructor, lifeguard, challenge staff, photographer, medical team member, or something else. Paid internships are available for a wide variety of positions. All training provided. Housing and food are provided alongside pay for all summer staff positions.

Facilities Care Manager
Position Purpose: This position maintains the grounds, facilities, and equipment to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the organization’s programs, to protect the long-term value of the assets and to enhance the safety of Rockfish campers and guests. The Facilities Care Manager must be able to work well with a team while collaborating and caring for this ministry’s property.
Retreat Specialist
Position Purpose: This position supports the retreat and hospitality ministry by being the facilitator for activities around Camp Rockfish. Bringing enthusiasm, outgoing nature, and knowledge of activities with them during each event they facilitate.
