The Rockfish Homestead program is a brand new program here dedicated to empowering kids with essential life skills that will serve them for years to come. Through activities like sewing, cooking, basic maintenance, and gardening, children will gain confidence and independence in their everyday lives. Our hands-on approach ensures that they not only learn but also have fun while developing these valuable abilities. Join us in nurturing the next generation of self-sufficient individuals!

The day includes a morning of hands on project work, one fun structured camp activity, free play time on Big Pines Playground, and a hot lunch in our dining hall.​

​Great Question! Each Homestead in the Woods session, we're going to do a different project based on what unit we're in.

​

We'll try to stay on schedule, but it is subject to change.
