While at Camp Rockfish, Boy Scout Units can dive into a program that develops leaders, outdoorsmen, competent teammates, and young men who live by the Scout Law. During the day, Rockfish staff can guide Boy Scout Units through our Group Challenge Course, challenging their mindsets while facilitating their group dynamics to encourage a team-based mentality. Our staff can help Units comprehend a greater understanding of what it takes to be a Unit of excellence. Boy Scouts may also find themselves hiking through 360 acres of undeveloped forest, discovering more of what nature has to offer. Camp Rockfish’s facilities offer ample space and equipment to train young men in the art of leadership, in a variety of settings. Our staff can debrief any activity or event to reveal the hidden lessons of life. For example, wilderness hiking to teach patience, or rock climbing to instill the value of encouragement. During mealtimes, Units can utilize one of the many fire pits, or relax while enjoying a meal prepared by Camp Rockfish’s on-site culinary team.
