Food Service Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Food Service Coordinator to manage the year-round Food Service in our Dining Hall, including summer camp and year round retreats and conferences.

Food Service Director Job Description:

1. The Food Service Director will report to the Center Director regarding all matters of Rockfish Camp and Retreat Center. This will include schedules, ordering and purchasing products, replacing items when damaged.
2. The Food Service Director will be able to do the following abilities to ensure a positive outcome of productivity
3. Stand 6-8 hours
4. Lift 50 lbs at any given time
5. Have transportation to and from work
6. Capable of leading a staff by giving direction, examples and teachings.
7. To support our ministry to show God's love through our actions and hospitality.

The areas that the Food Service Director will need to accomplish, but not limited:

1. Scheduling Needs for User groups and Summer Camp weeks
2. Making sure that all staff are in place for schedule time
3. If staff do not show then Food Service Director will have to find a replacement with another staff or him or herself
4. Food orders
5. Housekeeping orders
6. Cleanliness of:

• Kitchen
• Equipment
• Dining Hall
• Restrooms in Dining Hall
• Windows
• Front Porch
• Dumpster Area
• All areas around Dining Hall
• Recycling Area
