David Weber, Jr. is the Director for Rockfish Camp and Retreat Center. He began in March of 2009. He comes from one of our sister camps Don Lee Center. While he was at Don Lee he held the position of Retreat Ministries Coordinator. David has a true passion for this ministry and has embarked on his life long dream of becoming a Camp Director. David and his wife Jennifer, who is the Reservations Specialist and Camp Store Manager, have three wonderful children. Their names are Loralei, Freddy, and Harleigh. "We are very excited to be apart of this ministry and look forward to taking Rockfish to the next level."

Originally from the land of Ben and Jerry’s aka Vermont, I made my way to North Carolina in 2000 to go to Appalachian State University graduating with a Recreation Management degree in 2004.  I made the move to Rockfish in April 2009. Before coming to Rockfish, I chased pirates on the Neuse River, worked in the mountains of Colorado, and promoted Christian fellowship organizing ski trips to the mountains of North Carolina and West Virginia. I am excited to extend extreme Christian Hospitality and great activities to all groups that come to Rockfish.

I came to Rockfish September 2008 making an employment move under the guidance of my son “Jared”,  Jacque, and my best friend “God”. I am married to my second best friend “Jerry”. We grew up and live in Lumberton with our two sons, Jared and Ryan. I graduated from Womick Selenia Business College with a secretarial degree.  My hobbies are tennis, gardening, reading, Bible Study and Genealogy.  Chestnut St. UMC has been an active part of my life since birth and a huge part of my Christian Genealogy Tree, which now Rockfish has become a new branch. I am looking forward to the New Day here at Rockfish as we witness daily for Christ and extend more branches in OUR Christian Genealogy Tree.

I came to Rockfish shortly before the summer of 2009.  I am a graduate of Liberty University, and I hold a degree in missionary aviation.  I am a native of California and have spent the bulk of my life in Greenville, NC.  As a program director, my job is to see that all operations run smoothly at camp, and to do everything necessary to achieve that goal.

I’ve been a part of the Rockfish family shortly before summer kicked off. I owned a Home improvement business before coming to Rockfish. My job is to keep these facilities running smoothly and keep the scenery beautiful. In my off time I enjoy  playing semi-pro football and working on my golf game. I’m originally from Georgia but look forward to spending my future here in the great state of North Carolina.

 

 

 

Tenee Dotson - Housekeeping Director

My husband and I have been married since 2000.  We have three beautiful girls and one handsome son.  My husband is an army veteran, and after leaving the army in 2003 we moved to North Carolina and decided to make it our home.  My free time is consumed by my family and my church, which take up all of my spare time.  I began working at Camp Rockfish in 2009, and it is a blessing to work here at a camp full of God's loving and caring people.
